Pearls Of Wisdom 2026

The Collegiate Association of Women in Business hosted its 19th Annual Pearl of Wisdom Conference at Baruch College. Bringing together an incredible community with amazing and inspiring women.

From the moment you arrive you are greeted with amazing delicious foods and drinks, along with a thoughtfully curated goodie bag which adds an extra special touch to the experience. The

room was decorated with balloons and ribbons tied behind each chair. It was the perfect setting to connect with fellow members, alumnus, and professionals and gain a meaningful experience.

The highlight of this year’s Pearl of Wisdom conference was our panel that featured five accomplished women from diverse backgrounds and industries. Each panelist brought a unique perspective, and shared honest insights about their personal experiences that got them to where they were today. How they navigated through challenges and overcame setbacks to seizing opportunities and building the confidence they have now. Each and every one of their stories offered valuable lessons to learn from. It was truly inspiring hearing how each of these women carved their own path and stayed resilient in the face of uncertainty.

Every attendee of Pearls of Wisdom has gained real-world advice on career growth, direction, and networking. The panelists put a heavy emphasis on the importance of staying adaptable

even with the era of AI, and the importance of taking risks even if the path forward is unclear. Their authenticity and openness was empowering.

Beyond the panel, the event offered plenty of opportunities for fun and engagement! Our $1 raffle was a huge hit, featuring a variety of generous prizes that kept excitement high throughout the conference. Attendees also enjoyed capturing memories at the photo booth, snapping pictures with friends and celebrating the moment together.

By the end of the conference, it was clear that the Pearl of Wisdom continues to be a meaningful tradition for The Collegiate Association of Women in Business. It not only provides a platform for powerful voices to be heard, but also creates a space for attendees to feel motivated, supported, and inspired to pursue their own goals.

The event will continue to uplift and empower one another, looking forward to next year’s Pearl of Wisdom Conference will bring us!
