Executive Assistants
The Executive Assistants Committee is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of WIB, facilitating communication between the WIB Board, members, and external organizations.
This committee hosts 3+ company information sessions, known as WIB Spotlight Events.
Style Your Success
The SYS Committee is responsible for hosting the Style Your Success Fashion Show, showcasing different styles of business fashion. All proceeds are donated to charity.
Pearls of Wisdom
The POW Committee is responsible for hosting our largest professional event of the year, the Pearls of Wisdom Leadership Conference, which takes place every March.
Treasury
The Treasury Committee is responsible for handling and monitoring WIB's budget throughout the academic year.

Alumnae
Relations
The Alumnae Relations Committee is responsible for organizing and managing monthly alumnae events, as well as generating a monthly alumnae exclusive newsletter. The goal of this committee is to build a network between current WIB members and WIB alumnae.

Relations
The Corporate Relations Committee is responsible for securing corporate sponsors for WIB events, as well as maintaining strong relations with representatives ensuring that each corporation is being properly represented in every event.

Development and Rotations
The Development and Rotations Committee is responsible for providing members the opportunity to experience another committee for a month. Members learn the roles in multiple committees, are trained in the day-to-day operations, and support their assigned VP with any tasks. This experience will reflect/mimic an internship or rotational program.

Fundraising
The Fundraising Committee is responsible for orchestrating monthly social events with the goal of raising funds for WIB.
This committee also oversees two large scale annual events: Pink and Denim Day (PDD) and RISE, whose proceeds are donated to charity.

Graphics and IT
The Graphics and IT Committee is responsible for creating flyers for all of WIB's events, and other visual content. This committee manages the website, operates the online store, and creates WIB's merchandise.

Internal Communications
The Internal Communications Committee is responsible for organizing the Fall and Spring Induction Ceremony and the induction of members. This committee develops opportunities to promote cross-committee acquaintanceship.

The Mentorship Committee is responsible for conducting and managing the exclusive WIB mentorship program, ATHENA.
The goal of this committee is to provide a platform of effective peer/alumnae mentorship for inducted WIB members.

The Professional Events Committee is responsible for implementing and managing WIB's non-annual professional events.
The goal of this committee is to provide members with substantial exposure to the business world.

The Public Relations Committee is responsible for the creation of the Fall and Spring STRIVE Magazine editions.
This committee also generates our weekly newsletter and is in charge of our blog.

Join a Committee
The core of WIB lies in its committees, each playing a crucial role in the seamless functioning of Women in Business. These committees, led by a chairperson, who is a board member and inducted member, consist of one co-chairperson and several committee members, who are prospective or inducted members. The specific structure of each committee is determined at the discretion of the committee chair.
Recruitment for committees takes place in the beginning of each semester.
