Collegiate Association of
WOMEN IN BUSINESS
The Collegiate Association of Women in Business recognizes the potential within each member of our team. Our mission is to provide young women with the skills, resources, motivation, and training necessary to become successful leaders in the business world. We seek to empower our members, encourage them to develop, and inspire them to undertake challenges, both personal and professional.
As a Women in Business prospective member, you will be guided and advised informally in every step you take. As an inducted member, you will be able to be mentored formally through WIB's premiere mentorship program, ATHENA.
Women in Business provides its members with a host positions to apply for. Whether you choose to apply to be a research assistant within the Events Committee, or to apply to be the next Vice President of Marketing, you will hold the position that you have earned through your work and potential.
One of the unique features of Women in Business is the multitude of opportunities available within our organization. Within just one semester, a prospective member may hold two positions, and eventually go on to hold even more. Wherever effort, commitment, and ingenuity are showcased, they will be rewarded within WIB.
